Bartolomeo Petrini and Eufrosina Pineschi lived their lives in the Tuscany region of Italy in the small commune of Capannori. Several of their descendants traveled to the United States in the early 1900s, settling in areas of Missouri and Nebraska. This research was begun in the early 1970s by cousin Irene Petrini Wichmann.
